Classroom Management

When we think of the term “classroom management,” it means exactly that: to manage your classroom. The management of classes will look different across many classrooms, and determining what is perceived as great classroom management might be based on what we are trying to achieve at different times with a particular group of students. Considering all students, I think student achievement should be at the forefront of our classroom management process. A few things must be in place, including but not limited to structure and routines. Ultimately, each educator should implement the best methods for the class and be willing to compromise. Classroom management techniques should be established immediately, but they require maintenance. There is no one-size-fits-all!
